😾Chapter 2: The Unforeseen Chaos

The time had finally come, as secrets slowly revealed themselves. Asheal, together with the unnamed elf cat, trained together for the upcoming feud that would surely decide the future of their world. Asheal and Riz’gath’s friendship shall end from how it all started; the beginning of Neko Sekai. As both knew their dreadful destiny, the light and darkness shall now finish it once and for all. In an abandoned place, the strong gust of wind surrounded them as dark clouds started forming above their heads. Their strings of friendship began to severe, eyes only filled with hatred and bitterness. This battle shall determine the chosen one; worthy to have supremacy in the whole Neko Sekai. The moment their eyes laid upon each other, silence reigned in that place. Filled with solemnity, Asheal held her sword with a tight grip and pointed it to her long-lost friend, Riz’gath. Fate was surely unfair to them; played like fools only to find out they were born to kill each other. This was a moment that would settle the peace and chaos of this world. Riz’gath, on the other hand, raised his katana with mockery. He was waiting for this exact moment and being the hellcat that he is, he won’t fight unprepared and with no tricks under his sleeves. After all, the cat that he abhors the most is in front of him, he can't risk his chances of winning. Without hesitation, they clashed with one another with all their might. The sound of blades colliding pervaded the whole surrounding while angry glares towards each other. Even the blood dripping from their wounds can’t stop the raging fire of their fury. No one was willing to give up even if their life was at stake. From the collision of powers has emerged a threat that nobody could have anticipated. The heat of their battle has accidentally ripped a fragment in the sky; opening mysterious portals from other dimensions. Thousands of Eirians, known as the aliens of the DEFVERSE cosmos, straightaway invaded the world of Neko Sekai. They may have different identities but such beings were known to be daredevils that wreak havoc in the DEFVERSE cosmos. Nobody knows where they came from or how they were made but some of them possess abilities similar to the cats in Neko Sekai. The entire Neko Sekai and the DEFVERSE cats sensed the inexplicable occurrence of portals around the Neko Sekai. Fraethes and Ratcher who were at the time training in the forest also came faced with swarms of Eirians. Jikuru who just finished his job at Toyama saw his people being attacked by these creatures. He tried to ward them off but ended up being thrown into the Fairy Kingdom having the same situation. Ora Lilystorm felt the familiar aura of Jikuru and was on the verge of attacking the murderer of her son but the situation done by the Eirians was getting out of hand. Left with no choice, all kingdoms, nations, and domains teamed up to repel these armies of Eirians. Each had different reasons for joining forces as the menacing Eirians were already lurking around the corner causing mayhem to every cat they encountered. It is unknown whether this phenomenon will lead to the destruction of the cats but one thing is for sure, they won’t back down without a fight to save their world.
