DEFVERSE' first cross-platform title Space Guardians aims to instil trust in our community and hopefully the gaming world again, by offering a honest and trusted game that you can play and count on.
Our team are fully vetted and identifiable. Our faces are plastered all over our content which gives public visibility to the people behind the scenes, making the calls, and handling the finances. We're accountable.
We are required to be registered with the FSA (Financial Services Authority) and the local government in the Isle of Man where our offices are based. We are governed by the FSA and are required to commit statutory audits regularly.
We plan to partner with , one of the world leaders in Payment Gateway Services, who we aim to make our Merchant of Record. They assume responsibility for all transaction handling between you (the customer) and us (the provider) including the handling of all refunds and taxes so that you can rest assured your transaction is safe, secure, and in good hands.
We coined the term Play For Reward, which basically means, unlike the unsustainable Play2Earn business model where funds are generally reliant completely on the market and the strength of the associated token attached to the game, we do not. Some of the key points in our financial strength are:
DVERSE TOKEN LOCKED Upon our IDO launch of the DVERSE token, we plan to lock the liquidity for a period of at least 12-24 months. This will help give investors piece of mind when investing in our token as we cannot withdraw any funds from it during this period. This offers valuable reassurance that we're not going anywhere.
BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS We already have business partnerships with several companies in the United Kingdom. We have invested in their development so that they may continue to invest in ours in the form of dividends to support the growth of our project.
NFT SALES + IN-APP PURCHASES The majority of our funding comes through the sale of our NFTs which have major utility uses within the Space Guardians project. We also offer a comprehensive list of In-App Purchases that can be made in game, all of which are described in detail in our section. Some examples include:
