The standard currency option

The VIP Pass was designed specifically for those players who would love to compete in the cash tournaments, leagues, and leader boards for prizes but also for those who want to be part of our lotteries which happen several times during each season. These Play For Rewards benefits were originally designed to only be available to those who had invested in a Platform NFT and Token but we figured that would alienate some of our players who might not have any experience in crypto and NFT. It is for this reason the VIP Pass exists. The VIP Pass allows players to purchase seasonal access to the Play For Rewards services. The benefits are listed below and more information on each of the ways you can earn from Space Guardians is covered in more detail in the Monetisation section.

THE BENEFITS

PLAY FOR REWARDS ELIGIBILITY

The primary benefit is to avail access to the Play For Rewards system where you can earn DVERSE Token which can be exchanged for real cash using your wallet. The are several ways to earn including leader board placement (single player mode), league placement (competitive arena modes), tournaments, lotteries, and more.

EASY PAYMENT OPTIONS

The most likely reason players might choose the VIP Pass is it's host of payment options. Payment options will include the usual Debit Card, Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe, GCash, Paysend and more. There may be additional fees associated with some of these payment methods which will be advertised on the payment screen upon checkout.

THE CAVEAT

NO SCHOLARSHIPS

Unlike the Platform NFT eligibility, you are unable to offer scholarship services to other players. This is mainly because the scholarship services are linked to the ownership of the NFT products and we have no planned workaround for this at this time. We may change this future releases but it won't be available initially upon release. We will monitor the popularity of the service and review it after a couple of seasons to see if it's something that we might implement after we receive community feedback.

NO IN GAME BONUSES

Due to the nature of the VIP Pass, unlike the Platform NFT option, there are no in-game bonuses associated with the VIP Pass. The Platform NFT contains a character which has a race attribute, this is used in conjunction with the Weapon, Utility, Champion, and Collectible NFT race attribute which are used to define set bonuses. The VIP Pass does not qualify for these bonuses.
