The first way to earn in our game is via your placement in the global leader boards which are a reflection of your High Scores earned while playing our game mode.
In this mode you fight against AI controlled entities hell bent on your destruction. An endless assault of minions attempt to overwhelm you as they approach your atmosphere in an effort to invade your home world, the land of Neko Sekai.
As you battle on, you will face more potent threats including mini-bosses, legion assaults, and ultimately major boss encounters all while having to take out strategic targets, complete in-play missions and objectives, collect important power ups and more....
Completion of in-play tasks are of paramount importance as you will need to fulfil them to activate defensive measures and call in vital support packages and assistance, in order to progress further into the fight. Power ups will drop from random enemies and can be earned by completing objectives, which enable stronger weapons that are stored in your weapons pool.
The weapons pool can be configured in the Hangar and is a reflection of the armaments that you have collected (NFTs) or crafted prior to the mission. If you have NO personal weapons, your power up pool will be populated with some common weapon types.
These weapons are randomly populated every game, so it is in your best interest to collect resources, research and craft weapons of your own choice, which may have significantly more worth in the heat of battle.
Once your ship takes a significant amount of damage you will be recalled by your commanding officers to have your ship repaired, refuelled, and readied for your next mission. Alas, you will have earned your respite and can take time to heal up.

Your High Score is recorded to the Global Leader Boards where you can compare your progress against other pilots of the allied forces. There's a healthy spirit of competition between the allied forces. All pilots, hoping to prove their worth and earn their place in history. Cadets, turned pilot, turned Ace, some of which, whom might one day earn a Legendary status amongst their brothers in arms.
Each part of the Play For Rewards system has it's own dedicated pool of funds. This is decided by the DEFVERSE Management Team at the end of each season, when all income received during the current season (8 weeks) has been calculated and processed. The payments are then divided into their own dedicated rewards pools and then paid to the winners of each game mode, tournament, or lottery.
The leader boards section will pay prize money to those in the top of the charts and will be proportionate to their achieved position. There may also be other rewards given to those who complete achievements such as world first boss takedowns etc.
