A quick spoiler for you.
To save you reading all the blurb below, if we sold only 50% of our First Season Platform NFTs, generated 3250 Mystery Box Sales, sold 12,000 Battle Passes (based on a F2P and PFR combined player base of 30,000), sold 800 VIP Passes, and had a limited stream of income from other income streams listed below, we would still boast the following income for Season 1
Below is a table which shows our sales forecast for the sale of our Platform NFTs. This is our first income stream. So based upon a sales forecast of only 50%, we can see that this would raise $187,500 USD of which $75,000 would be for the prize pool.
Below is a table of our projected Mystery Box sales. These boxes contains various NFTs such as Weapons / Utility Mods / Left-Over Platform NFTs (low chance (10%)). In this case study we have estimated 3,250 sales in the first season which equates to an additional income of $97,500 USD of which $39,000 is for the prize pool.
Battle Pass Sales
Below is a table of forecasted Battle Pass Sales. Battle Passes can be purchased by both Free To Play players and Play For Reward participants so we therefore expect a larger influx of these sales. We have estimated approximately 30,000 Free To Play and Play For Rewards players in our first official season, and based upon a 40% sales estimate, that would generate $240,000 USD from Battle Pass Sales, of which, $96,000 would be contributed to the prize pool.
VIP Pass Sales
Below is a table of forecasted VIP Pass Sales. Our VIP Pass is the our non-crypto alternative to PFR (Play For Reward) eligibility. More information can be found on this in the VIP Pass topic. We anticipate a similar amount of PFR players that use the VIP Pass as their access token as we do the NFT sales and therefore estimate around 800 players to purchase this pass in the first season. Using these estimates we calculate that an additional $40,000 USD will be generated from this income source, which equates to an additional $16,000 USD contribution to the prize pool.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the other sources of income we cannot be certain of their financial impact at the start of the project, so we have estimated another $40,000 USD will be generated from these sources cumulatively, therefore adding a final $16,000 to the prize pool. These sources include the following:
Token Trade Tax
Guild Tax
Scholarship Management Service Fees + Tax
Private Tournament Hosting Fees
Auction House Fees
Clan Challenge + Wager Fees
NFT Trade Tax (via our site + 3 party sites such as our partners at TofuNFT)
Promotional Posts (Website / In-Game Ads on the menus)
NFT Fusion Fees
